One of the more special products that Minc House produces are our textile prints dipped in beeswax. These prints are our version of “the band poster”. Pictured above is the design we created for The Low Anthem’s album “Charlie Darwin”. We took this design, printed it on a 16oz organic hemp fabric, stamped the edition number, and dipped each piece of fabric (approx. 9 x 12″) in beeswax. The last step stiffens the fabric considerably and gives the print an overall vintage look and feel. While we love paper printed goods, our tendency is towards fabric. To Minc House’s knowledge, there are no other print shops producing prints in this way. Naturally this makes the product extremely unique and individual.
